"Poter is a Chocolate Labrador Retriever used as a Stud Dog"

Porter, my wife Jennifer, our golden retriever Sierra, and I live in Omaha, Nebraska. Our house is not a kennel, but it is designed around the dogs. Our dogs live in comfort. I am an avid bird hunter, and spend most of every fall chasing ducks, geese, and pheasants across the upper Midwest and Canada. I am lucky to have Porter to join me on those annual adventures.

I bought Porter in 2002 with the intent of having a very well bred chocolate lab to hunt with, and if able run a few hunt tests with. It was apparent from the start that Porter was a special dog, and has many of the same talents as the dogs before him in his rich pedigree. Jennifer and I believe in breeding quality labs and improving the genetics of the lines. We know Porter is a great chocolate labrador stud dog for that purpose. He is a proven breeder, and many of his labrador retriever puppies are now competing in hunt tests and derbies.
